- Basilica of Saint-Sernin
- Jacobins Convent
- Hôtel d’Assézat
- Canal du Midi
- Jardin des plantes (very close to the workshop venue)
There are also plenty of sightseeing to do around Toulouse. Here is a non-exhaustive list:
- Carcasonne, its castel and its famous cassoulet! (1h by train from Toulouse main station)
- Albi and its cathedral (1h by train from Toulouse main station)
- Cathar castels
